Next up from the conference in Tyler Texas is my friend and colleague Jason. He and I have been United Methodist Pastors for about the same length of time...but he sure has aged well. Despite an incurable cancer diagnosis and his congregations claiming he talks about Martin Luther more than John Wesley, he has persisted Sunday after Sunday proclaiming God's grace for sinners.
In this talk, he reflects on the strain the pandemic has placed on his ability to be in close proximity to difficult people...church people. And he talks about his utter need for them to experience what God has on offer..
